Wonderful family vacation with friendly entertainment

The entertainment was simple yet engaging for both the kids and adults, especially enjoying bingo and live music provided by the barman who also worked at reception. Our room was cleaned daily and had fresh towels available, and we appreciated the wide variety of food during meals, including freshly cooked options. Some rules like 'no jumping in the pool' felt a bit excessive at times, even if it added to the excitement for the kids.

Every staff member was nice. The single room was immaculate with fresh towels, a shower, large balcony.

Pool . Almost all rooms with pool view. . In spite of many families and children we could relax really well, because the children have their own pool area!

Bathrooms could be cleaner. Especially the amatures. Toothpaste from the previous ... etc. . Food needs getting used to, but a lot of choice.

Consider requesting the snack bar menu in advance as choices can be limited during peak hours.

Marvellous location for Cala d'Or, not far from local restaurants/ bars, a secluded beach and a handful of helpful shops, and the shops and restaurants. A huge variety of delicious food. Really kind staff; fast check in.

Great kids' pool, but noisy nights

The children's dinosaur pool was a highlight. The friendly restaurant staff ensured our dining experience was nice with variety.

Unfortunately, loud music during the evening made it tough for the kids to sleep. There were minor maintenance issues that weren't immediately resolved, impacting our comfort.

Everything was great for a 3 star hotel.

The many families with children who have really breathed life into the hotel. It was very nice to watch all the action. Food was varied and good for a hotel of this category.

The room offered fantastic comfort, and the spaciousness was a definite highlight. The attentive staff ensured the dining area was well-managed, especially on themed food nights like the Mexican one, which showcased amazing culinary options. It was disappointing to encounter rude staff who impacted our overall experience negatively. The limited accessibility for wheelchair users. A more diverse entertainment offering could enhance enjoyment during quieter evenings.

The facility is clean and well maintained. Staff is very nice. Room was always well cleaned and fresh towels were always available. Food of the quality and taste was very good.

The plant is very loud in the area of the restaurant in the evening. The rooms there are not well suited for families with small children. Food could have been a little warmer.

We had an enjoyable stay. The themed food nights like the Mexican night were fantastic, and the children's pool was a hit with my kids. The evening entertainment could have been livelier.

Many rooms appeared tired and in need of updates, with reports of broken phones and sewage smells emerging . These issues could definitely dampen your holiday mood. The evening entertainment leaned heavily towards German influences, which might not resonate with everyone, particularly families wanting a more Mallorcan vibe. Guests looking for a more robust selection of dinner options may find the menu a bit repetitive after a few nights.

There was plenty of food that was really nice, with options like fish, meat, and even sushi! The swimming pool was great, surrounded by gardens and palm trees, perfect for soaking up the sun. It was also just a short drive to cala mondrago beach, beautiful.
